Payment
All bookings must be prepaid with funds cleared prior to arrival. There are no refunds after booking.
Cancellation Policy
If the user arrives late, the booking time cannot be extended.
No refund is offered for cancellations due to the admin and card costs involved.
Please only use our cancelation links if you are unable to attend and are within your 24hr reschedulling time frame.
Weather Cancellations
Late weather related reschedules (within 24hrs of booking) will not be permitted as the slot cannot always be resold to another client at short notice.
Exception will only be made if we deem it dangerous to access the field via the main gate
AND the smaller foot access gate. In which case an alternative date may be offered. You may cancel without refund if you decide not to attend.
